I think that a good idea is search free drivers and staff. Now only I can save it in favourites and wait for driver or staff leave team.

Create a new scouting staff is a good idea too or trading pilots with teams.

I got mad when I try to find other staff than the official in the transfers section.

I'd like the ability of having a Staff Academy or something like Drivers Academy but in Staff. And please, return that wonderful section of assigning some engineers to car development sections.
