Parts reward not working

I watched a few ads but it just gives me an error each time. This is after the recent update. Pls help. I can't fix my car for today's race and possibly the coming races if this is not fixed.

I have also a problem to get parts reward, and only have 3 parts left. Could you please give me some parts till problem is solved?
