Spying

You start with 10% designs and 1% parts fitted to the car. I think it makes sense to change that though so they are both 10%. I'll do that now.

Less confusing is what happened last season:
Joe told us that when we spied his car that all his parts were over 60% (he meant designs) and thus our spies were wrong when they said he had 30-50% parts. This was his mistake because he hadn't fitted any of these parts to his cars, they were still running the 3A components which were 30-50%. Spies find what is on the car at the race by seeing it in action, not what is in your design department behind closed doors.
