How do I cancel my subscription?

Hello,

Before the game was re-released in it's current format there was an option for a premium account of sorts for ~5 USD a month which I subscribed to. However, I can find no details or access on the site where I can cancel or alter that subscription at all.

Where can I go, or who do I talk to about cancelling that subscription?
