51kg Male vs 46kg Female - Which is Faster?

Assuming all stats are maxed out at 20, including Talent 20 for both Male and Female driver's, would the Female driver have the weight advantage or does the game treat both exactly the same?

In my opinion and experience of employing both male and female minimum weight drivers, gender makes no difference.
However, I've been playing iGP for 3 years and have collected stats and compared apparently "equal" drivers within my own teams. I'm convinced there is a hidden attribute that makes some drivers faster than others. Every now and then you come across a driver who is much faster than any team mate you pair with him/her. Maybe there's a "Senna attribute" LOL.

I also think that there is hidden attribute's. Right now in my league I have the highest stat driver's (all are talent 20) and our car's are all maxed out (includes same level KERS) and when using the same strategies for some reason my driver's are slower than a couple of my opponents even though I have much higher Experience stat for both my driver's and all other driver attributes are higher. I am starting to think that this could be attributed to either the decimal of the talent ie; both driver's being 20 but in reality the slower driver is 19.1 and the faster driver is actually pure 20.

My other theory is that there is a performance boost given to the team with less points when all things are equal ie; car's maxed out, same level KERS, and same talent driver's. What's your opinion regarding my theories?
