A driver who has all stats low (about 1/2 per stat) but stamina high (about 15, just training it) goes faster than a driver who has high stats (4/5 per stat) and normal stamina (about 6).
I think it's overpowered, please fix it, it's not fair.

It's not just the stamina. The drivers are also significantly lighter. Less weight= faster car.
