What level would my driver acedemy need to be to get a talent 20 driver?

Currently im level 12 almost 13 with a talent 17 driver i got through my 5 star acedemy, is it now dependent on my level or just pot luck

A higher Youth Academy gives you a better chance to hit a talent 20 driver, but like it always is with chances, how many tries you really need is a matter of luck.
