I dont want to research any area in tonights race but the game doesnt let me click off all of them. Please fix this asap. Thank you

You can't disable research. You can select just one and save it.

I'm curious why you don't want to research anything?

As Yunus said, you can't disable research, but you could select one area in which you are the best so it will not bring you any improvement. That's effectively the same as not doing research at all.
