How do you sell a driver?

How do you sell a good driver or even a well established team ?
Also how so you get paid or do the transfer?
Just wondering!!!

Just go to driver you want to sell then click on contract then click on sell then you have two options auction or sell straight away prices are shown accordingly.

To answer the second question, once a driver is sold on the open market via auction or the sell now option, you are paid either the maximum, capped market value via auction or generally half that if sold immediately.
