How about when a manager is not online the AI actually pit for the appropriate compound and fuel for the circumstances instead of running near 14 laps on inters in the dry. Is this not why we have a Technical Director?

Jack's had an idea similar to this one before, however, I don't know the specifics about it.

Thanks Yunis. Be interesting to know what he had in mind.

I think also getting the team or drivers to regulate push would be great too.

I've come to a race so many times and the tires are too hot or too cold, shouldn't the drivers or team do something about it??? If a building is on fire, you don't stay there till you're dead!

I had a strategy set to 9 laps on softs, i missed the race to find the car went 11 laps before stopping, not sure why it did 2 more laps than set up, then it ran all my boost in 2nd stint on one lap, ?

Cant work out why but it ruined race for me.

TD should not set correct tyres or push level for you or missing a race gives you a better chance of a win.

Maybe offer more from our staff, during a race if you push level is wrong they could suggest one, you can change or stay with what you have, the better the TD the better the advice is.

Similar for other staff, the DR could offer advice in driver training.
The CD could offer advice on where to spend developnent points.

No need to follow advice but better staff you have better the advice is and more beneficial.

That sounds like a good idea to suggest in development or races @Dan

But I still think that the drivers should change push for themselves in a race, unless they are those dogs in that picture from Yunis :)

The issue is then how much do you want the advantage to be of being at the race vs not being at the race.
