I sold a driver as soon as the season finished and my reserve slotted in fine. Now setting up for the first race and the continuing driver sets up fine but the new driver has the "repair Car" warning (which is obviously not required) and if I try to save settings or do a test run I get a pop up saying "Oops, there's been a problem, try again".
If I go to car repairs, the sold driver is still associated to the car and I think this must be to the root of the problem. I don't know how to prompt a reset or update and have left it a day to see if anything happened overnight, but no. The car repair and engine replacement buttons are grayed out because they are at 100% so no option there.
Have I just got to race and hope for the best knowing the car is not set up, or has anyone got any suggestions...
Thanks
Matt

Go to your Driver&Staff tab, click change, choose your drivers as active drivers again and click Confirm. This should fix this, else the car of the new driver most probably won't run the race.
Edit: To avoid this don't sell active drivers. Make the replacement an active driver first and then sell the old one as the reserve driver. It's the same steps but doing that as a routine my avoid some panic shortly before a race. ;-)
