Race doesnt start

Hi im in DUTCH F1 LEGENDS and race should start at 21.00 dutch time thats now . But neither qauli nor race have started. It says go to race and when i do that it says race has finished

I didnt encounter any of those things . But at 21.00 gmt +1 my race should start i was waiting for the qualifying times since 20.50 but they never came. Then it said go to race. And when i pressed that it said the race had already finished. After that i left the race and tried again 3 times before i posted here. Then i noticed my tabled was now able to go to the race so i also tried on my phone again and it worked too. So the race started at 2100 but i wasnt able to get in until 5 minutes later. Some other people in the league also had the same problem.

This happened both in rookie as in pro . And i dont know about elite.
