are 10 races that are not in goal because the goal is always the same ... I do not understand why I do not benefit more on the objectives ... I lose 4 mil in the race ... and we are already 10 races ...

Can you more explain your problem? I'm not sure if the problem I think you have (Losing millions a race) is the real problem.

Sono 10 gp che mi da lo stesso obiettivo. ..penso che non sia una cosa normale del gioco...di solito cambiava in basè alle proprie potenzialità

The best 2 sponsors (in my opinion) are Red Balls (2 tokens and a good target payment) and WTF (a good payment and small target payment).
Make sure you have no reserve staff, just sell them (don’t worry about the extra money from auction) it does sound like you have reserve staff. With money being very tight, let your doctors contract expire and take the cheap replacement (it does affect training slightly)...
