Hi João, I'm sorry you had this problem. This usually occurs when you sell a driver who is active and a reserve driver replaces his spot.
In the future, you can fix this by setting the drivers as active drivers in the menu that displays which drivers you want to set as active. I added some tokens to your account for this problem.
