Is it possible to have a no pit strategy by setting laps and fuel to the total laps for the race on the first stint.

Yes this will work for a 50% race distance but as far as I know the fuel tank maximum capacity is 120 litres which will probably not be enough fuel for a 100% race distance. However, I don't think it's going to be a winning strategy in a competitive league.
