Problem with adding a profile photo

I have a problem with adding a new photo, I found an entry in which the picture can change for 7 days, but when I take a picture in PNG format, it remains the current picture in this format and I have to understand that this image will be loaded for 7 days and so on like others that they will add, e.g. in a different JPEG format, jumps to an old photo, which I added in this format some time ago. Hi, I think it would be best to upload the photo in JPEG format, this will ensure your photo is uploaded, regardless of how long it takes.

Can you try renaming the photo to something different, than uploading it again and seeing if it correct itself after 7 days?

No, deleting a profile photo isn't possible.


Try clearing the cache of the app or browser.

I cleaned the browser and application memory, unfortunately it did not help. wait and try again in some time, maybe the problem will be solved
