At the time indicated in the thread title we will be performing an upgrade to all web-based systems. Primarily, this is an upgrade of all systems to PHP version 7 from PHP version 5. The process of this upgrade requires some downtime on the service, so races between 08:30 and 09:00 GMT will be postponed to the next calendar slot in order to create a window for this maintenance.
