my friend used to be level 14 (nearly 15) and since when he tries to connect his account is back to the beginning. when I select his profile in his league he is still 14 can you fix this asap please. Hi Marc you need to get your friend to send an email to support@igpgames.com with following details his username, team name, league he was in and name of his both drivers.
You can explain to him in your language but he needs to send the details in an email as I mentioned above if he wants his account back. Email title needs to be account recovery and as email subject the above mentioned details.
