I recently had to reinstall my windows and for some reason I can't enter live race. it shows up the live race window but it just stays black.
I have tried clearing cache and cookies but nothing else happens. I even tried to run the old igp java fix but hasn't done anything either.
it was working previously so not sure what has gone wrong? I can still watch it fine on my mobile.

Hi, which version of Windows did you install? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

Are you able to spectate any races?

How long do you wait for the race to load?

Nope, can't spectate and i've tried numerous times, sometime staring at the blank screen whilst managing the race via mobile

Have you tried using a different browser to see if it you still have a problem?

Also, Firefox is still on version 59 from what I can see.

So, i found the source of the issue. i use an extension called NoScript (allows me to enable java only on the sites i want) and it seems to block the race viewer....however, i do have it enabled for igpmanager.com so not sure why it won't run.

are there any underlying additional web address that the race viewer uses that i can add to the whitelist? i can disable it for the races for now.

Hi Simon, try adding https://igpmanager.azureedge.net/ to the list.
Also, make sure you add https://igpmanager.com.

It's possible if you only type in igpmanager.com, you'll get http://igpmanager.com as the end result, and the website always loads using HTTPS.

I'm glad you've found the issue, asking players to disable all extensions will be a valuable troubleshooting question in the future.
