There is almost 2 weeks I am trying to bid in auctions to contract new employees, but I can't. I play in Google Chrome Browser and when I click the button nothing happens. Just like that.
My team is weak because I can't hire new members for the team.

Can you see the auction timer counting down above the buy buttons on the auction tab of staff/drivers? If not it's often a firewall blocking ports the game needs for those real time elements. This often happens on workplace and school computers, or public ones. Can you try a different device or connection method and give some more details of the one your using?

Well, I was trying on my work pc so firewall could be an issue. I also tried in my mobile, chrome over my 4G conneection and had same problem.
My phone doesn't run very well the app, so don't tried yet but I will.
