Missing Car

Hi there, I am wondering if someone from the support team can take a look at the league I currently admin. There is a team in the elite league that will sometimes be missing a car from the race. The car will go through qualifying but not appear in the race. I am almost 100% positive I seen a car from said team starting in the pitlane at one race?

It will probably be down to him not repairing or changing engine but thought I would ask here while I wait for a response to an in game message sent to him.

Starting from the pitlane isn't in the game, so that can't be.
It could be that he doesn't have his drivers appointed, meaning that he hasn't hit the green box next to the drivers in the change drivers option. But he shouldn't qualify either then. Not repairing or changing his engine and car isn't a factor here, he should just retire then later in the race.

I didn't think the starting from pitlane was possible but from the view in live racing it certainly looked like it. Cannot for the life of me remember which track it was at mind you.

Thanks for the response Rik, hopefully Yunus can shed a little more light on the issue. As you have said that if the driver isn't selected as active they shouldn't be available for qualifying either it looks like a strange one.

I've set the current active drivers as the active drivers again, hopefully that should fix it. Please post back here if it doesn't.
