Get back to rookie tier ?

I've been do a league change, and I joining in a Pro tier (maybe because I've been promoted to the Pro tier at the last league competition), but can I just join in a rookie tier ? cause the league that I join doesn't have promotion regulation and I can compete only in the rookie tier only

Hi Dimas, the only way to go back to the Rookie tier is to be relegated.

You could also find another league that has promotion/relegation activated in Pro.

In my opinion, Boomer's suggestion is the best.
