In our race :
http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=race-result/47172#race It was raining so we all made a pit stop as we started on softs, but my drivers (ID's:20446 and 24418) lost about 16+seconds in the pit stops for no reason. Driver 24418 went from p2 to p18. Would be interesting to know what happened here, it never mentioned anything about losing time in the pits like it usually would.

Sure it will be looked into in detail but, were you watching the race? and if so where abouts is your pit box [ie close to the start/end of the pits]
If your box is right at the start, and then 26 cars pit behind you, you will have a lot less of a gap/chance to get out of the pits [due to the long steam of cars going past your box]
Where as if your box is at the far end you will drive straight in & out

Yeah i was watching the race, basically 98% of the cars pitted, so we were all in the same position in terms of release from the box, and my pit box was perhaps around half way down the pit lane, but i doubt that will cause any problems, since it didnt for anybody else.

At the moment, it's not possible for me to check in hindsight what happened here. But it sounds like you were just very unlucky. It is possible to get stuck if you have a stream of cars behind you as David suggests. This can happen in the real world after all, so this isn't necessarily a bug unless your pit crew were being unrealistically cautious about when to release.
