go up in Pro

Hello my friends, I’m writing you to help me and go up two team from rookie to pro in my competition. My league is Montegrappa racing, and i would like to pass in pro the two team “ perterra” and “Seb”. thank you so much. 

They can only go up when they achieve promotion Luca, there isn't a way to just push them up, as this would support unfair competition.

yes i know, but now there are online  two team in rookie... they don’t want play anymore if they can’t run in pro with all the other players.... how can i do?

You can make a bunch fake accounts, let them join your league till there is promotion, and the two will promote next season.
You can try to get people join your league by advertising on the forum, but there is still a chance nobody comes in.
There isn't a way to let them promote immediatly.
