Profile Photo - changed itself

Hi, 

changed my profile pic about 4 days ago, i no they don't come up straight away and i did the whole clear browsing data thing but after a day or so my new pic came up so all good its was correct on ios app and internet browser, but then the next day it decided to change it self back to my old one on every devise...... (not had that before usually once there they stay ok)

i've clear browser data again multiple times, i even re-uploaded it on pc and ios app 2 days ago, ive clear the browser data on both some more over last couple of days but that damn original one that decided to bring it self back is still there on all devises (ios app phone, safari browser on phone, chrome browser on laptop)

(original one is rothmans williams blue one, new one was & should be a green 7up Jordan from 1991)

I think you should give it some more time after you've just nuked your cache again.

Still not changed been a week now since first new upload.

Should of changed to green jordan but still blue/white williams logo.

 Gary try uploading the pic you want again hopefully it will work this time. 

Cleared cache again this morning on phone browser (safari) and it finally showed correct, i then went on pc and cleared the cache again on that and it changed to correct picture also.

But its still not showing correct on iOS App and i don't know how to clear this 'cache thing' on iOS App???

Ok good. Go to settings look for safari and clear browser history.

Already done that (but done it again anyway and it still didnt help the iOS App, it only helps Safari Browser when using that and not the iOS App still shows Rothmans williams.

on Safari using phone & also chrome on laptop....




Using iOS App

You can try to clear the cache by going to Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data, located at the bottom.

Done that yunus several times including 3 times today once this morning, once after MS post and again after your most recent post, it doesn’t fix the iOS app. (Only fixes Safari browser)

I'm curious if reinstalling the app would fix the issue then? It's clearly a caching issue, unfortunately Apple don't really give many options in the user interface to clear it on a per app basis like Android does.

ah-ha deleting app fixed it Yunus hopefully it don't disappear this time, cheers.
