How do you use the marketplace

As the title says, how do you buy or sell drivers on the marketplace? Maybe I'm being a bit dense here but been playing the game for a while and haven't figured this out yet!

Hi! Here goes.
To sell:
Under drivers n staff, select the driver/staff to sell. Under the contract tab you'll find the sale options.

To buy:
Under transfers, select the driver/staff you want to buy. At this point, if nobody made an offer yet, you can purchase now (autowin auction). Otherwise, you'll have to place a bid and follow the auction to the end to try and win it (there's a timer next to every driver/staff, telling you how long is left in the auction).

Can you set your price when selling? Can you sell for coins?

No, the price is set. You can't sell him for tokens.

Hi i was the same and bought some right crap not sure how much you know but here's what I learned
Look for the talent rating 
Its better to develop a driver with a high talent
Develop your headquarters as quick as you can the higher the stars the better the development
