No they can't.
I agree with Joe, MotoGP is cool and it misses a game like iGP.
There are differences between MotoGP and F1.
MotoGP you can't switch tyres, you have two different bikes with different set-ups, so you can change set-up during the races.
In MotoGP crashes and spins are more often, there are more battles and overtake oppurtinities, no DRS and kers. Different suppliers, drivers their attributes will be more, less important, same for motor/car attributes. The grid can become bigger too, and they are starting three next to eachother, instead of two.
Enough differences named now.
There are games of this nature out there, not saying they are any good mind you. Quick google search throws up 4 in the first page including one on Steam that looks pretty similar in settings/attributes wise to iGP
On a separate note - in the google search igpmanager.com is in there as an ad which can only be a good thing to point more people towards this ever evolving and impressive game.
