MotoGp??

I've noticed there's nothing like this game for MotoGp. Is it possible to transfer this format over for those of us who love both sports?

Probably not the response you want to hear but they could just change the picture of the open wheel car to a bike and nobody would be any wiser!

I agree with Joe, MotoGP is cool and it misses a game like iGP.
There are differences between MotoGP and F1.
MotoGP you can't switch tyres, you have two different bikes with different set-ups, so you can change set-up during the races.
In MotoGP crashes and spins are more often, there are more battles and overtake oppurtinities, no DRS and kers. Different suppliers, drivers their attributes will be more, less important, same for motor/car attributes. The grid can become bigger too, and they are starting three next to eachother, instead of two.
Enough differences named now.

There are plenty differences in real life between the two sports, yes I will give you that. In a management game, not so much.

No, you underestimate that, if it wasn't that hard there should be a game already.

There are games of this nature out there, not saying they are any good mind you. Quick google search throws up 4 in the first page including one on Steam that looks pretty similar in settings/attributes wise to iGP

On a separate note - in the google search igpmanager.com is in there as an ad which can only be a good thing to point more people towards this ever evolving and impressive game.

You haven't said it's NOT possible tho    :D
