Problems with new players join

It's almost a day since I cleaned the Rookie tier, but only one player has joined. It used to take about an hour to fill the league , but now it's getting worse and worse. What's the problem?

It's just a fact sometimes many people join, and some times not, it isn't a problem or something, it just can take some time to get it filled.

Ok, I'll wait, but it's almost 2 days now...
