I have tried to look for the change of league system and I have found some info here, some info there. But I cannot find whole complete information. What happens if I switch the leagues?
I've read that I will lose car design. If it is not at the end of season, I can have money penalty.
Ok, but what about drivers? Sponsors? HQ and other buildings?
What is really 'long-term' asset in this game?

Thanks for information in advance.

EDIT: Now I've learned that design points are reset at the end of season. I am quite confused. :-(

The design is reset for all teams at the end of the season. Starting design for Australia depends upon the star rating and strength/weakness of the Chief Designer(s) you employed throughout the previous season.
If you change league you'll experience what a proper design reset is like and I can tell you it's not nice! You'll be reset to 1 point in each attribute and you'll be given a few dp to allocate where you want. If you're in a competitive league the best you can hope for is to finish on the same lap as the winner.
AFAIK the financial penalties for moving league no longer exist. If you are charged send an email to Yunus, he'll refund you.

Edit...
Oh BTW, everything else in your team such as Drivers, staff, sponsors, HQ etc. remain exactly the same as when you left your previous league. The only penalty is the severe design reset.
