Trouble training

Hi everyone, not sure wether it is a bug or not but I bought a new pilot couple of days ago and since then my pilots only increase 3 points on the progress bar on each click when I used to increase around15 points I think. I have also improved my training facilities but still have the same result. Any idea of what' going on?

Check if your driver has red stars. If that's the case driver has reached max training for current level so you are limied to 3% training until you level up then stars won't be red anymore and so training % will increase.

If your drivers are the same level as you or higher, they'll stop progressing as much.
