CD & TD Attributes

Does iGP value staff's star ratings over their attribute number? I have a CD that is level 14 with 17-20-17 attributes. I also have a CD that is level 15 with 15-20-15 attributes. Which one is more effective in iGP?

Age is counted also, best one is the one that is equal to your level. Lower levels will give less point's on next seasons car design.

The star rating is the one that makes the difference, you should go for the level 15 one, as that will help you get the best possible car next season, good luck with developing your car!
