Race not loading at all

Race is not loading from PC or Smartphone, for all players in Pro League

The 'race' is over but we still have the option 'go to race' so we can't do anything at the moment... no training, setup,..

No Qualifying Results have been shown in the Pro League, since the Race Lockout mode, 10 minutes before the due start time.

Qualifying did show up in Elite and Rookie Leagues, 2-3 mins after Race Lockout mode, where they subsequently did race.



Race Viewer will flicker between 'Connecting to server...' and 'Still Connecting...' and after around 5 mins, will say 'Problem Connecting, please reload'

Echo what as been written above, it was ok until race (Brazil) locked out 10 mins before start, once locked out unable to connect.

Rookie and elite were not affected and completed race as normal.

Pro tier is still locked saying ‘Go to race’ so unable to setup car, fix car etc for final race 

looks like our league had the same problem.
Rookie and elite both ran but it looks like Pro has not with Qualifying and race results a blank screen

Our league (same as Peter Man’s) was reset to before yesterday’s race. 


Now there are some disappointed people... although the race was reset and everyone will race yesterday’s race again, the engine and parts were not returned. So for some, with low number engines and parts... were disappointed.

Some managers also did well yesterday and got out of relegation. But now have to try their luck again. 

As for me, I won the team championship yesterday. Lost that, gotta try for the championship again today. Not sure if I can produce the same result. *sigh*

Same here I am in elite and our race was ran yesterday but now we are running the same race again today. But like you said the engine and parts were not re set.

Biggest disappointment is the lack of communication here from any mod or developer that there was even a problem to start with and then what they have done that we are racing the same race again today
Thanks mods and developers for the great communication.Or should I say complete lack of it.

Now the GO TO RACE button won’t go away

Yunis is normally very good in these bug situations. Think he got promoted recently, and the new Moderators were put in place.


They do seem (New Moderators) to be lacking in communication with the players, in real time situations like these....shame, as all it needs it one Moderator to post one message, letting us know they are aware of the situation, and what they are planning to do to resolve the issue

I have gone to Ron Cook league and it looks like all went through ok today. You other guys in  Ironhorse league can you confirm this with your league. It is a private league so I do not have access to confirm if everything ran ok.

Just a heads up I know this was frustrating for you guys but the new mods are here to keep the forum running on track and neat and tidy. We have zero powers on the game side, of the day to day running. That job is still with Yunus and the game developers. We do not speak for the developers so unless we are advised of the situation we can not help. We were not advise of the problem from yesterday so had no information to pass on.    
All I can do is apologies for any frustration this may of coursed and hopefully it is fixed for all you guys. 

Hi Ian iron horse league  is now sorted and ready for next race but did take about 5 hours after the finish of Brazil for it to go to that situation 

Hey guys, sorry for the slow response. Maybe Pun hasn't told you guys, but he has a bit of a direct contact line to me :)
The problem was being sorted out in real time, I just wasn't available to write on the forum.
