I already had this problem a few days ago, during the races there is no sound at all. I thought I had managed to solve by changing the quality of the game, but I was wrong, I only managed to make the sound come back in the live races I'm watching.

Go to the settings page and try again turning it on.

Mine is in the same way as the image, I tried to turn it off and on again and still no sound.

Last hope is clearing cache, then making changes.
This hard refresh can be done just pressing (ctrl+f5)
