I moved this to bugs, because this probably is a bug.
Maybe you can go back to him and try it again, Yunus can refund your tokens if he doesn't come again.

Hi Sakis, I'm sorry you had this problem. I returned to you the 3 tokens for the driver and added 6 tokens to your account for the inconvenience.
