The maximum you can have in any attribute is 100. Because of this cap you can't add any more dp but there is nothing to prevent subtracting from 100.

That would be quite the weird behavior. Jack wrote some time ago, as the new suppliers were entered, that the reason behind that cap in Elite is that how the game is programmed means it can't work with numbers higher than 100 for the car attributes. I didn't try it though, so I can't tell from own experience.


Some of the achievement badges are somewhat broken and the Innovator one is one of the more notorious troublemakers. Just checked and it didn't show up with my account here as well.
