Race Freeze

Hi, i'm experiencing problem with freezes during the live race, all the graphic block but not the sound and the cpu go to 80% and i have to close the tab of the browser with the race and also the other with the dashboard and reload all. it happen several time during a single race. This happen only on the computer because at the same time i watch on pc and iphone, and the app go smoothly for the entire race.
I have tried with edge, chrome, and brave and the problem is the same.

Hi Stefabo, sorry for the late response. Have you tried to make sure that 'Hardware acceleration' in your browsers are enabled?

Additionally, is this the first time you have experienced this problem? And does it still continue?
