I propose it:
Murk: +10 in acceleration / -6 fuel economy 500k per race
Cosurworthit: +7 in acceleration / -3 fuel economy 300k per race
Toymotor: +7 in acceleration / -3 fuel economy 300k per race
Rednote: +8 in acceleration / -4 fuel economy 400k per race
Wonder: +7 in acceleration / -3 fuel economy 300k per race
Tifosi: +10 in acceleration / -6 fuel economy 500k per race

I think that's more logical

Not really logical at all in my opinion. You have 2 engine suppliers +10 acc -6 fuel, 1 supplier +8 acc -4 fuel and 3 suppliers +7 acc -3 fuel.
With those stats logically you only need 3 engine suppliers.

Plus every single one is sacrificing Fuel Efficiency for an Acceleration bonus. With that I only need two suppliers, one for the most bonus, which in my eyes isn't that attractive because it sacrifices more FE for no larger bonus gap at higher costs, and the one with the least malus and costs.

This isn't a good idea, as pointed out by Kevin and Frank.

It would be cool if we could manage all the different components of the engine, maybe even implement the real engine rules. I know it would be hard but it would make the game much more exciting... more to think about

That's a cool idea. It would definitely be great if we could determine how much fuel economy we wanted to sacrifice for speed. These are decisions made by real F1 teams.
Also, what if engine manufacturers were made of users who voted on the engine's attributes? It could open new possibilities.

It would also make the cooling stat actually relevent
