losing reputation and xp point

I do not understand, even winning the race and reaching the goal (finish 5th or above) lost reputation and xp. Could someone explain to me what's going on?

I don't see what's happening, you are in an active league with much people, all with around the same repatation and all doing their strats etc......... This is a bug I suppose, I move it to the bug section.

I don't think it's a bug, your drivers and staff salaries are expensive and if most of you in league have similar xp most likely others have a bit less than you than you won't gain any even if you win. You need to be in stronger league to gain more xp.

Btw check out my profile you will see something funny as same happened to me when I saw your profile! It was like deja vu!

Read section/paragraph 3.2 Reputation in the "Rules & Regulations" Page (Rules & Regulations Page) for more info.

Sadly, none of you have truly explained what happened Vinicius.

While 0xp may be due to the level of competition, what his screen shot appears to be of is a visual bug that was around several months ago. If you pulled up that summary page too soon after the race it would show 0 xp and a loss of all your rep. If he were to wait or refresh it would show the right number.

We would have explained it if we knew what happened, sadly we are humans and don't know everything, thanks for your help!
