I think we need to change staff contract extension system. Rather than 50 race for second extension, make it like 10 or 20 or at least give a choice for manager how long they want to extend their staffs contract. 
I currently have lvl 9 CD (i am lvl 11 currently)  that i want to get rid of but he decide to retire when his contract expire. Which is still 49 races to go. My choices are to sack him for 20m pay-off or let his contract expire and be a deadweight to my financial. 
Any help?
