Morale discrepancy

Dear Devs,

I have been playing the Game on PC only for few days now. I have upgraded the "Offices & Hospitality" building in my HQ to be level 3 which should ensure that the Minimum staff morale equals to 3. However my Chief Designer's (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=staff&id=6191219) morale is still locked up to 1 while my reserve Technical Director's (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=staff&id=5980281) morale is still at 2.
Shouldn't the Morale values for these staff members be altered to be 3 at minimum? You my find the attached pics for more details:

P.S. : on a side note, does this minimum morale levels apply to drivers as well?

no I think it's just staff. I remember someone telling me to wait a few days for the stats to update but I'm not sure if it did anything, try this to see if it changes.

Thanks Leo. I guess i will wait for either the data to be updated or for some technical support reply.

Update: The issue/bug has been resolved and all the staff members have a minimum morale level of 3 (even the reserve personnel).

Just for clarify, this morale increase won't affect any staff performance. Focus on quantity of stars.

Thanks Gustavo, I did that already.

But your assertion that morale doesn't affect the performance renders the offices and hospitality building in the HQ meaningless. Why would we invest in it anymore if it doesn't have any impact at all?

It's meaningless. Why it's still there is a question we had for the last months and I can only guess it's a part of the game that was planned to be fleshed out but hasn't got any attention for quite a lot longer than anticipated because of more important development tasks and features. It also might be because the game took a different direction but the building wasn't even disabled when we got those nice building graphics so there must be some plans for it.

So for the moment it's just the building that could house some suggested game ideas like reintroducing pit crew training and/or a more detailed ingame weather forecast. Or staff made improveable of course.
