Hi All,

Instead of retyping the whole detailed race results for each lap and each driver into Excel, Why wouldn't there be the capability to export the race results in Excel Sheets with a simple button click? I believe it won't take a lot of effort to provide this capability since the data and the file structure is almost ready and a race report can be easily generated.

Best Regards,
MSY

Yes, that would be a nice thing to have. Would also help leagues, and later custom tournaments/leagues, to produce rather easily nice graphics for results and standings.

This is a great idea and one I would love to see implemented.

If the full race results could be exported to a csv file and have (if possible race temp, water level and tyre temperature included) would be beneficial in helping correct our errors.

So is there any way this can be implemented?

Let's hope Jack see this and give us his feedback. But I recon it's not har to implement since the data is already available and stored in the game's DB.

It may not be that hard to implement(no idea, probably more difficult than you think as all you will see it as is exporting data) can you imagine the stress on the servers having to catalogue all that data for everyone in one league who all decide to download it right after their race finishes? times that by however many leagues all go off at the same time and all those people downloading their data too.

In my work we get complaints at the same time every month as management think its a great idea to all download and collect their data from the one system for their monthly reports - it kills the app for at least half the day(normally 5-6 people) think of the 100's of people who could potentially start exporting data at the same time and the system crashes will increase 10 fold

Edit: What extra data are you looking to take out that isn't included in the race report of every race you have ever done during your time playing iGP Manager?

It's not about getting some extra data, but about being able to export race results into an excel file or something like that, so those who are interested in making charts and visuals for their leagues could do it without having to fill data manually. That is very time consuming.

I would also love this. Doesn't have to be Excel for me... My complaint is the frame that the day is displayed in, doesn't allow copy/paste like typical html tables usually can... So for me it'd be either change the page display table to allow copy/paste into a spreadsheet, or allow an extract that can be downloaded :-)

If this happens, hoping it would also be available in Google sheets
