Maybe, there is the sense to create one huge chat for players? It may up the interests to game process! It could be in Telegram or like a tab in app.

First, we have this forum.
Second, after witnessing a couple of jerks on discord ruin an evening for many people.... I strongly say this is a very bad idea.
There are some of us who have played for years and use our names (would you rather beat a random screen name, or a real person?). There is a new group that mostly likes to hide behind an avatar, and that mentality allows for the worst in mankind to come out. Add in real time chat, differing cultures & backgrounds, and you have a volitile mixture

I have to agree that this forum is organised and an open chat would get out of hand very quickly.

We have no problem with the community using tools like discord to create a global chat platform, we just don't have the time for moderating such a thing being a small team of developers.

This idea was discussed recently among several members of the team. I'll explain my point of view as head of the moderation team and try to be brief. I have a staff of moderators prepared to work with the tools of the forum and to act on the basis of protocols. Training these volunteers has taken a great deal of time and effort and it is not interesting to change this approach now. In addition, we have full control over the forum as it is our platform, developers can include our suggestions, improve aspects, etc.. All this would not be possible for example in discord, or any messaging app. Everything would be very chaotic, difficult to control and we would not have the power to modify its characteristics or add new ones.

I prefer to integrate forum with mobile app, so you don't need to log in again. Because managers from my country mostly use mobile app and rare to see the forum.
