Hi everyone. Just a question.... Why do drivers lose stars when I keep successfully completing my objectives in races?

Because you are levelling up as a manager and as manager levels up driver and staff and headquarters star levels drop this is why they need to be trained or upgraded and improve. 

To explain what Mo is saying better, drivers and staff aren't losing stars. The stars are an indicator of their level relative to your manager level. If you are a level 5 manager, level 5 staff will have 5 stars. But if you're level 10, they'll have 2.5 stars.
