Hello,

Yesterday my whole league couldn't connect to either the mobile app and the web at the time of the race so we all missed it. The race was scheduled at 5:00am CEST. 

It's the first time this happens to us, some people (like me) were seriously penalized by the problem... we wanted to know the reason of this problem and if there's some kind of compensation in these occasions.
