We rolled out some new connection code for the service tonight and we are trying to crack down on lag and inconsistencies during races with these updates and some more on the way. Please let us know the details of any lag you have experienced tonight here and we will investigate further.

Severe lag "freezing" many laps on the first part of the race at 20:00 (GMT+02:00) for every players !!!

Hi Jack,
Yesterday all players suffered severe lag in our race, mainly in the first half. At some moments the game got stuck for almost a full lap. At least in elite, don't know for the other tiers.

The lag is increasing in these days.
Yesterday was nearly impossible to connect during the race.

We have rolled out a change today that will hopefully improve the "freezing" lag. We are also investigating what possibilities we have to expand the capacity of the service by tonight.

Race currently ongoing, Lagged as I was organising my pitstop ... guys now got 53 laps worth of fuel on board for 8 laps!
(Funny as hell, I was never going to win)

Qualifying hasn't started yet for elite tier and we are unable to enter the race. Rookie tier seems to be fine though.

Yesterday in the Australian Grand Prix, for a moment the cars slow down and then return to the place little by little.

Same problem this evening again !
Our two last races were awful for all players !
A lot of players were connected, it could be the cause of this problem ???

Codziennie doświadczam zamarzania wyścigu. Wczoraj nie oglądałem 40% wyścigu z powodu zamrożenia i niemożności ponownego zalogowania. Dziś już tylko raz spotkało mnie to.

Sorry to hear that the changes didn't make enough of a difference for tonight. They were only tweaks on the existing system though, the same one that had problems last night.
Tomorrow we hope there will be a noticeable improvement because
tomorrow a new server I ordered today will go in to operation.

Yes lots of lag on pc viewer at 6.30-7pm BST time, worse than normal (nearly always have some lag & freezing on pc viewer before all this but worse now) plus difficulty loading (new).
Even the iOS app had lag and freezing today when its normally ok (tend to have pc viewer & ios App on at same time.)
