I have been trying to upload a new photo for my manager however it doesn't change for some reason. I have tried it as a JPG file or a PNG  different sizes compressed, non compressed, altered quality levels, from my phone or PC and for some reason it's not changing, any suggestions?

I have a similar issue but mine will appear fine on PC but not mobile, it is a very old photo that shows up for me on mobile.

I can’t change at all, Mac, ipad, iphone.

Apparently, it takes up to a week for the photo to change.
