Ian isn't on the email adress, it'll take time I'm sorry, but we are all voluntary and do this in the time we have.
You can login on the desktop can't you? How do you manage to post this?

We've addressed all the account recoveries sent to our contact email address, so this should be resolved.  Please email us again with the account information (team name, league name, etc) if you're still having issues.
