Given the token amounts you most likely bought parts (brake disc picture and wrench symbol) because there's no single option to buy engines (rods&pistons and engine symbol) for 6 token (and I doubt you bought 2 times one for 3 each even though you can get 5 for 5 token).
Since 24 token buys you 30 parts (or 23 engines in 2 purchases) another hint: The resupply only brings your engine count to 20. So if you have some engines left at the date of resupply you get less free engines, which means you need 18 additional engines at most (you also get 2 new engines every season change with the new car).
You'll have to wait for Yunus to fix this, or maybe a dev.
