Uncancellable pit stop

So at the last lap of today's race one of my drivers pitted which cost me a very needed podium. The (cancel) pit button was inactive, so I couldnt do anything. 

I had exactly the same several times. The driver goes to the pitstop, even though he had fuel. There was no warning about the pitstop, and if the warning was I could not cancel the pitstop :( 
Because of this I did not win a few races (it happened when I was first in the race or I was in high positions) and I lost the title
I use the application on an android phone.

This exact same thing has happened to me today on 2 different pit stops 
The cancel pit button was not active 

This just costed me a 1-2 finish!
