Buying driver started auction

Hello,

I saw a driver with 16 talent in the auction and wanted to buy her (Calvi).  I clicked on the buy button in the android app, but it started a bidding process instead.  Instead of buying her for 6.4 million and 9 tokens like I wanted, I had to go through the time and stress of a bidding process that costed me over 21 million and over 10 tokens!  Can I be compensated for 15 million and some tokens because of this issue.  Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear that, but nobody else has reported this problem before. Are you sure you did not unintentionally tap on the bid button? The buttons are quite close together.

I was using an 10-inch android tablet so I know I clicked on the "Buy Now" button. Plus, I knew ahead of time that she was a rare find that would be in a massive bidding war if spotted by others, and I had a little over $10 million at the time so I needed to conserve cash anyways for upcoming headquarter upgrades.  I had every reason to click that buy button and I know I did.  I don't know what else to say, other than I'm currently $10 million in debt after selling off two excessive drivers for a few million each.  I really could use the cash back.  Please consider refunding it.  Thank you.

Spare dir den Ärger.Es bringt nichts,hier dreht man sich nur im Kreis.Dieses Spiel ist leider voller Fehler.Support bringt nichts oder man ärgert sich Wochen lang herum^^.
Wichtig ist es zu spielen ohne Geld rein zu blasen da dies auch des öfteren bei vielen Leuten verschwindet bzw man bekommt kein tokens dafür...........man müsste eigentlich mal streiken um den Betreibern die Augen zu öffnen :).
